
I feel like people who are Gryffindors can easily also be Slytherins. The only real difference is that Gryffindors will do what they can to protect as many people as they can, while Slytherins will protect themselves above anyone else.

Dumbledore gave Neville them points because he saw a 11 year old boy who could do something he could not at a much older age: Dumbledore never had the courage to stand up to Grindelwald his friend, not until he really did have to anyway. I feel like Dumbledore saw this and the points were really for Neville NOT Gryffindor.

I just think the first time Draco was introduced in the book was pretty important, you really saw his real personality in the few pages. (Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone pages 59-61)

My friend struggles hard to read and cant afford the harry potter books so every night over Skype I’ll read him a chapter of Harry Potter every night just before he goes to bed. We are on book 2 chapter 4.

I see so many similarities between Draco and Harry. They both did what they needed to do in order to protect the people they love and themselves. I respect Draco for that.
