When others complain too much about it (and it happens that I do), I just want to tell them to watch the interviews with scenarists, movie directors and Jo herself.
AND I think people override the absolute perfection of the sets, costumes, music and casting wayyy too often.

Not because of what happened but from personal experience. I was in the waiting area of the hospital and this book was there so I read it. My dad was in the hospital for a few days so I was reading this book on and off while I was in the hospital. I never finished it because my dad died in the hospital. So now whenever I see this book I automatically see myself in that hospital begging my dad to wake up.
