I doubt I’m the only one who was looking forward to seeing Peeves whack Dolores Umbridge with Professor McGonagall’s walking stick in OotP.

I wish they showed Peeves the Poltergeist in the movies. In my opinion, he was one of the important characters that gave the series character. Without Peeves, nothing is the same. Besides, all those who only ever saw the movies won’t know about the existence of Peeves that way :/

I wish Peeves appeared in the Harry Potter movies. He was such an important minor character. He was the annoying kid that everyone had in a class, but he had loyalty to those that mattered when it mattered and didn’t ever disappoint.
