They were both brave; they both died fighting for the woman they loved. So why does Snape get worshiped and James gets hate? And I’m not saying that James’ act should be tolerated, it was still wrong. I just don’t understand how people can easily look over the fact that Snape constantly bullied students as a teacher, but they hold James’ bullying as a teenager against him. He grew up.
And there’s always two sides to a story, and we’ve only seen Snape’s.

I don’t see why people ship Wolfstar, especially since Remus and Sirius lack trust, passion and respect for each other. I will always believe that Sirius being in love with James is canon.

Thinking about all the hate James gets breaks my heart. He befriended Sirius, who came from a family full of dark wizards. He befriended a werewolf and became an animagi for him when everyone else turned their backs on him. He fell in love and was brave enough to tell the girl that. He saved Snape’s life, risking his own. According to Remus, he trusted his friends more than anything. He faced Voldemort bravely, even without a wand, so that Lily & Harry would have a chance to escape. A true hero.

A part of me wishes there was a talking portrait of Harry’s parents out there. That way he could try to get to know them without having to hear about them from other people.
