I’ve never seen DH2, but I plan to watch it on my 18th birthday in August.

The main reason for this is that I feel HP has been my childhood. Philosopher’s Stone was the first ‘proper’ book that I read entirely by myself when I was six, and it really got me into reading. I love all of the films and books, and I’m trying to reread the whole series by the time I’m back from holiday just before my birthday.

When the last book came out, I didn’t feel that it was the end because there was still several films left to come out. I’ll be counted as an adult from my 18th onwards, and I find it fitting that I ought to end my childhood with watching the last film in the series.
