This isn’t about James/Lily vs Snape/Lily. It’s just that I don’t think Snape’s love for Lily was really all that healthy. He never told her, just pined until he died. That’s not the kind of love I want. It’s a tragic story, and one of my favorite aspects of the series, but it’s not anything I would ever want for myself. graphic submitted using a template.
